How does your loyalty rewards program work?

For every $1 you spend, you earn 4 points, once you have reached 600 points, you will earn a $5 coupon code!

How else can I earn points? Sign up for our loyalty program and you will earn a bonus of 100 points. On your birthday we will give you a bonus of 200 points. If you have any friends who love collecting just as much as you do, refer a friend and you will receive a bonus of 100 points!

How do your mystery boxes work?

As per the nature of this style of Mystery Box there is no guarantee that you will receive the full cost back in contents value as there are chances to obtain very rare packs & cards which would increase the value substantially over the purchase price. 

The value of Mystery Boxes are spread across when being hand put together. Mystery boxes are selected at random and we do not have control on what vintage packs are inside.

There are strictly no refunds on Mystery Boxes.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order has been sent out. Please note that tracking links generally need 24-48 business hours to appear in the system.

Pre-Order

Why should I pre order?

Pre orders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may presell out of an item, so preordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that piece. You also receive 10% off pre order products, you are guaranteed to save on an item you love!

Can I cancel my pre-order

All pre-orders require a 50% deposit, after your order has been placed, it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that each pre-order is limited to a number based on the allocation we have from our supplier, as each order affects our ordering habits and attracts transaction surcharges from our suppliers, your 50% deposit is non-refundable,we highly recommend you please carefully select your pre order. If however you accidentally made a mistake and changed your mind on your pre-order, you have a 3-day grace periodto apply for a refund. Please email Hello@mrcollectable.com.au to apply for a refund.

You may be eligible for a full refund if your pre-ordered product is delayed beyond 60 days from the initial release date provided by our supplier. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, unforeseen logistics and manufacturing delays are beyond our control.

Refund requests will be reviewed upon submission, and we will notify you of the outcome once assessed.

My order consists of pre-orders and in-stock items, when will you ship my order?

I pre-ordered two different products arriving on different dates, when will I receive my order?

Once we received your total order from our supplier, your order will be sent out, however, we can part-ship your order, which will incur extra shipping charges. Please get in touch with us at Hello@mrcollectable.com.au if you would like us to send your partial order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, that is right! Orders over $250 qualify for free domestic shipping. If your order is under $250, standard shipping rates apply. All orders are shipped with tracking.

How long does it take for you to process my order?

In-stock items are dispatch within 24-48 hours.

Refunds & Returns

How long is your returns policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We will happily provide an exchange, refund or store credit for products purchased in-store, subject to our terms & conditions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened in its original packaging and in the same condition it was in when it was dispatched. Trading cards & clearance items strictly cannot be refunded.
