Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will happily provide an exchange or refund for products purchased, subject to the following conditions:
- The products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition- Proof of Purchase accompanies the returned product
- The request for return or exchange is within 30 days from the date of purchase or collection
- The product is not a Trading Card Game (TCG), Trading Card Single, Graded Product or Booster Pack and blind boxes
- The item was not an exclusive clearance product.
All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving a refund or exchange and it is an expectation that our customers advise us of any issues relating to their order prior to returning the product to us for consideration.
Any returns deemed non-compliant with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, you can contact us at Hello@mrcollectable.com.au.If your return is accepted, we will process your refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Mr Collectable aims to provide exceptional service to all our valued customers and we work hard to ensure our inventory is free from damage or defect prior to leaving our warehouse.
Unfortunately, there are some cases where an item may be received damaged or defective due to errors encountered in manufacturing by the product’s publishers, or by our courier partners.
Defective items include (but are not limited to):
- Broken parts- Missing parts
- Manufacturing inconsistencies
- Damage sustained during delivery
Defective items do not include:
- Products specified as a random assortment of potential items, where a specific item was not received- Products that include cards subject to a random draw, including TCG products.
If you have received an item you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact Customer Care within 30 days of receiving your order, providing:
- Proof of Purchase- Order Number
- Photographic evidence of the defect or damage, including the state of packaging, where applicable.
We assess all claims on a case-by-case basis and will respond to you within 48hrs.
If we determine the product you have received is indeed faulty, you will be entitled to one of the following remedies:
- A replacement of the faulty part- A replacement of the entire faulty product
- A full refund of the purchase price for the affected product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, if 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange the item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
RECEIVING INCORRECT OR ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS
In the process of fulfilling our customers’ orders with efficiency at the forefront of our minds, we acknowledge that there exists the potential for human error within our packing and warehouse fulfillment.
In rare cases, you may find you have received an incorrect or additional item in your delivery.
If this occurs, please contact Customer Care as soon as possible, providing:
- Your Order Number- Details of the issue encountered
- Photographic evidence of the products received.
We will assess and work with you to resolve any such issues in a timely and efficient manner.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR PRE ORDERS
All pre-orders require a 50% deposit, after your order has been placed, it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible. Please be aware that each pre-order is limited to a number based on the allocation we have from our supplier, as each order affects our ordering habits and attracts transaction surcharges from our suppliers, your 50% deposit is non-refundable, we highly recommend you please carefully select your pre-order.
If, however, you accidentally made a mistake and changed your mind on your pre-order, you have a 3-day grace period to apply for a refund. Please email Hello@mrcollectable.com.au to apply for a refund.
You may be eligible for a full refund if your pre-ordered product is delayed beyond 60 days from the initial release date provided by our supplier. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, unforeseen logistics and manufacturing delays are beyond our control.
Refund requests will be reviewed upon submission, and we will notify you of the outcome once assessed.
RELEASE DATE
Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only and are subject to change without notice. These estimates are based on the best information that we have been given by our manufacturer, these changes are beyond our control.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Hello@mrcollectable.com.au.
REFUND PROCESSING
Any approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method and you will be notified by email as soon as this occurs.
Payments made via credit/debit card may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account. This is dependent on the policies of your financial institution and is out of Mr Collectable's control.
