WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER?
Preorders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may presell out of an item, so preordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that piece.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR PRE ORDERS
After your order has been placed, it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible! We highly recommend you please carefully select your pre order, as once the order has been made your order is non-refundable. If however you accidentally made a mistake, and changed your mind on your pre-order, you have a 3 day grace period to change your mind.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only and subject to change without notice. These estimates are based on the best information that we have been given by our manufacturer, these changes are beyond our control.

Mr Collectable is proudly an Australian family owned business based in Melbourne. We ship our products from our local warehouse.
Mr Collectable will have your order packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner, all orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Occasionally, due to circumstances outside Mr Collectable control, delivery delays may occur.
If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy.
