With original generation 2 programming, you feed it, clean up after it, take care of it and even discipline it if it's bothering you when it doesn't need you!  Plus, you can play the Numbers game! How you take care of your Tamagotchi and how you do in the game, determines which Adult Tamagotchi you'll get!  Includes the CR2032 battery and attaches to your bag so it goes everywhere!

WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER?

Preorders are particularly important for limited release items, as sometimes we may presell out of an item, so preordering will be the only way to ensure you can buy that piece.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR PRE ORDERS

After your order has been placed, it immediately begins to process through our system to make its way to you as quickly as possible! We highly recommend you please carefully select your pre order, as once the order has been made your order is non-refundable. If however you accidentally made a mistake, and changed your mind on your pre-order, you have a 3 day grace period to change your mind.

Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only and subject to change without notice. These estimates are based on the best information that we have been given by our manufacturer, these changes are beyond our control.

Mr Collectable is proudly an Australian family owned business based in Melbourne. We ship our products from our local warehouse.

Mr Collectable will have your order packed and shipped in an efficient and timely manner, all orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days of your order but in most cases will be dispatched the same day if possible.

Pre Order

SHIPPING DELAYS: Occasionally, due to circumstances outside Mr Collectable control, delivery delays may occur.

If you believe there has been an issue with your delivery, please contact Customer Care via email or our socials within 14 days of receiving your Shipping Confirmation email, so we can launch an investigation with our couriers on your behalf. Please note, if your delivery includes any pre-order items, your order will be subject to the terms and conditions of our Pre-Order Policy. To avoid any preventable delays, please ensure you double-check your order details, including your full delivery address, prior to placing your order at checkout.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We will happily provide an exchange or refund for products purchased, subject to the following conditions:

- The products being returned are in sealed, unused and re-sellable condition

- Proof of Purchase accompanies the returned product

- The request for return or exchange is within 30 days from the date of purchase or collection

- The product is not a Trading Card Game (TCG), Trading Card Single, Graded Product or Booster Pack

- The item was not an exclusive clearance product.

- Ichiban Kuji lottery tickets. Once a ticket is bought, your item is not refundable

All returns will be carefully inspected by our staff to ensure the above conditions are met, prior to approving a refund or exchange and it is an expectation that our customers advise us of any issues relating to their order prior to returning the product to us for consideration.

Any returns deemed non-compliant with the above conditions will consequently not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If your return is accepted, we will process your refund or exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To ensure a smooth return process, please provide us with the tracking number for your returned item. It's important to note that Mr. Collectable is not responsible for items lost in transit. In such cases, the resolution will need to be sought directly with the courier service used for the return shipment.
